15 days before arrival:
–> 1st appointment (40 min): we ask for your transport card + translation of your birth certificate + we send you your CVEC certificate for the first year so you are in good standing (value 103€).
At your arrival:

Some countries ask you to make your visa appointment one month before your beginning of class (but in general it’s 2 weeks).
So you must book it around 2 months before your arrival in France, to have availabilities.
It’s important to be helped and reactive to be on time. Being late in the process is the second reason of visa rejection. Your visa can’t be accepted if your class started already.
If the appointment are fully booked, you must call the visa center daily to request an appointment before.
If you cannot, you need to ask your school for a late arrival letter.

No, we can’t do that, we don’t know them. They are a public body of government and we are a private agency. Our agency checked every document and form filled in to ensure you a positive result. We have only 1% rejection.
You can no longer do this on the ANEF website. You must contact your prefecture. Sometimes it is difficult to reach them. You can try to contact Access.
If you are in your country, on holiday (minimum one month), you can apply for a new visa from there.
Or you can pause your studies and obtain a school registration letter for the next intake (you cannot apply for a visa if your course has already started) or/and continue online and obtain an explanatory letter from the school.
